A new home offers lots of new possibilities, but this can sometimes be overwhelming and leave you not knowing where to start. 

The most welcoming and inviting homes are those that have been well thought through from the beginning, have a style that flows effortlessly through the property, and is a real reflection of the family that lives there. 

Of course, this is never by accident, and a lot of planning has always gone in at the beginning!  We always recommend that our clients have a clear plan or ‘Road Map’ to refer to as an excellent way of staying on track throughout what may turn out to be a long term project.

We have therefore developed a Road Map service, which sets our a colour palette of core and accent colours throughout the property, finishes for wood and metal work, and a feel for style and a feel. 

From our initial consultation we determine the look and feel our client wishes to create, the palette of colours which will suit the property and put together a trend board which acts as a point of reference for our client as they work on their home.
