Once we have held the initial consultation meeting and taken a clear brief, we then put together a detailed sample board for the room to include, wall coverings and colours, fabrics, lighting, furnishings and accessories. 

We also provide a scale drawing of the room and the furniture layout together with a detailed estimate of all the furnishings and finishes we are suggesting.  The work to be carried out and project management fees are also provided at this stage. 

We then present this back to our clients so we can begin working together towards finalising the scheme.  We do not make a charge for refining the ideas or sourcing different items – we keep working until you are happy with the design, all the items that will be included and of course the budget.
